Coverage Period:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:
If your glove arrives defective or becomes defective under normal, intended use within one year, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (including leather softening or color fading)
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
• Custom personalization errors after customer approval

How to Make a Claim:

1. Email connect@bucklerbaseball.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. We’ll review your claim within 5 business days.
3. Approved claims will receive a free repair, replacement, or equivalent store credit.

Custom gloves are delivered in about 4 weeks from the date of purchase, and every custom glove ships free within the United States (50 states and Washington, D.C.). Orders to Canada ship at a flat rate of US$25, shown in Canadian dollars at checkout. Any import duties, taxes (such as GST/HST) and carrier fees are paid to the carrier by the person receiving the package, usually at delivery.

Because each glove is handcrafted to order, all custom gloves are final sale. Returns aren’t accepted for personal preference, but defective or incorrect orders are fully covered under our warranty.

Yes! For custom gloves, you can select your preferred break-in level during the build process:

• Soft: 70% factory break-in / 30% player break-in — you can close the glove right out of the box, but it still needs the final 30% player break-in to be game ready.
  
• Regular: 50% factory break-in / 50% player break-in — balanced control and customization.
  
• Hard: 20% factory break-in / 80% player break-in — ideal for players who prefer to shape their glove exactly how they like it.
  

Because each glove begins production shortly after purchase, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted.

However, if your order hasn’t yet entered production, our team may still be able to help.
