The glove seems to be high quality, my 8 y/o broke in the glove in about a week of playing catch and a couple of practices. Overall very pleased with the glove and the pricepoint. Will buy Buckler again when he outgrows the 11inch model.
Giving this a 5 star review because the quality of the leather is amazing and the build quality feels amazing. However, it was as stiff as a board and is a youth glove. It was so stiff as an adult I almost couldn't squeeze it. I wish a company would come out with more game ready gloves for these smaller hands.

I purchased this glove for my 8 year old grandson. I spent 4 days pounding on it and working on breaking it in for him. I slept on it and used a wooden mallet. It worked great. I love the glove. He loves the glove. I highly recommend this glove. Also important to me is customer service. You guys responded to my emails. I could not be happier with my purchase of this glove.
Top quality, but that is what you get when you buy a Buckler. I bought a discontinued model (ASP1300, Authentica) grey, black with natural laces for $102.00 - crazily inexpensive. Even a “decent” glove begins about $150, and it certainly won’t be Pro Kip leather. Working on the break-in process and that is going well. Using Sarna conditioner, mallet and a heavy 12oz softball to help widen the pocket. The 2 hinges were formed w/o difficulty. That’s all great news, and the type of news a new high quality glove owner wants. NOW!, for the 1 IMPROVEMENT it needs: The thumb loop needs to stay more 1 piece before it divides into 2 pieces to go thru the holes to be tied into the knot on the outside of the glove. The current design splits into 2 pieces too soon, and the interior edges of that split irritates the top of your thumb knuckle. Customer service is outstanding. I wish other companies would be this easy. Great customer service is the best way to grow a business. Very pleased overall and I’m applying extra conditioner on the thumb loop to soften it. Took only about two full days of mallet work to be broken in. Go two in the pinky with this and the hinges close smoothly. The leather is great quality and the smell of this thing is awesome. I can tell by the the smell alone that it's quality leather. I'm looking forward to throwing with it when I get the chance! Perfect dad glove!

My son loves his outfield glove. It took him about seven sessions of working the hinges, working the pocket with ball, and throwing a ball into the glove to get it game ready. It's a higher quality glove than the $150-200 offerings from the big name glove companies.
