Took only about two full days of mallet work to be broken in. Go two in the pinky with this and the hinges close smoothly. The leather is great quality and the smell of this thing is awesome. I can tell by the the smell alone that it's quality leather. I'm looking forward to throwing with it when I get the chance! Perfect dad glove!

My son loves his outfield glove. It took him about seven sessions of working the hinges, working the pocket with ball, and throwing a ball into the glove to get it game ready. It's a higher quality glove than the $150-200 offerings from the big name glove companies.
Was hesitant about this glove when I first received it because it's rather light and the palm isn't very thick. However, the more I break it in, the more I love it. It's got a deep pocket and, though the palm is thin, it is sturdy and doesn't result in more sting than other gloves I've used with thicker palm padding. It is clearly a high-quality glove and the construction is as sturdy as they come in this price range. Couldn't be more pleased.

Very stiff to start which I expected but I've only broken in one other glove so far. This one seemed much more hard to break in. Other than that it's a great fit, looks really cool and my son is starting to catch with it now. He says it feels great but he really likes how it looks:)
