Shipping Policy

All Buckler gloves are custom made to order and shipped from our U.S. warehouse via USPS or FedEx.

Delivery time

Custom gloves are handcrafted to your design and delivered in about 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Free U.S. shipping

Every custom glove ships free within the United States (50 states and Washington, D.C.).

Canada

Orders to Canada ship at a flat rate of US$25, shown in Canadian dollars at checkout. Any import duties, taxes (such as GST/HST) and carrier brokerage or handling fees aren't included in the glove price or the shipping rate. The carrier collects them from the person receiving the package, usually at delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you don't receive it, email us at connect@bucklerbaseball.com.

Loss or damage in transit

Please inspect your glove when it arrives. If it arrives damaged, email connect@bucklerbaseball.com with your order number and photos, and we'll repair, remake or replace it (see our Return & Refund Policy). If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help with the carrier claim.
