Made to order. Every glove is handcrafted to your design and delivered in about 4 weeks.
Shipping. Free within the U.S. (50 states and D.C.). Orders to Canada ship for a flat US$25, shown in Canadian dollars at checkout. Any import duties, taxes (such as GST/HST) and carrier fees are paid to the carrier by the person receiving the package, usually at delivery.
Final sale. Custom gloves can’t be returned or exchanged for a different size or design, so please double-check Fit, Throwing Hand, Size, spelling and colors before you order. (A right-handed thrower wears the glove on the left hand.) Production starts shortly after purchase, so changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed. If you need one, email us right away.
Covered if something’s wrong. If your glove arrives defective, damaged or different from your order, we’ll repair, remake or replace it. Every glove has a 1-year limited warranty.
